Morning time and I still had to have breakfast food. For the sake of my stomach, we found a Country Kitchen. Pancakes! I had not been that happy to see a large plate of cakies (pancakes), sausage, eggies (eggs) and even the hash browns I don’t normally eat. Quite frankly, I don’t normally eat that much food for breakfast (unless it is brunch), or in one sitting, but I was feeling a need for major refueling.
